December 2006/January 2007

Literally, a dress rehearsal for Christmas.
Everyone's all dressed up for Mommy's birthday.
Our yearly trip to see the lights at the zoo was much warmer than past years. The penguin house actually felt cold.
Mackenzie "helping" make cookies.
Whatever Delaney was having for breakfast was apparently good.

"Is it time to open presents yet?"
"How about now?"
"Now?"

Nobody actually gets to open their own presents by themselves anymore.
One of the few calm moments from Christmas.
All dressed up and ready to go to church on Christmas Eve.
What three year old doesn't need jewelry for a night out on the town?
Listen...you just SLOWLY hand over the cookie and there won't be any problems. Understand?
A fun non-messy activity....decorating cookies.
I can't believe that Mackenzie let Delaney drive. And Delaney DID try to drive it through MeMe's house.

More presents....

And more presents....
Daddy and the girls relax at PaPa Bill and Grandma Vickie's house.
After a week of begging and waiting for a nice day, Mackenzie finally gets to test her scooter.
Shouldn't EVERYONE get to wear a crown on their birthday?
Delaney prefers lounging around instead of running around. Just like daddy.
Everyone is jealous of Delaney's medal.
This crown thing may catch on.
Delaney's ready to go skateboarding. If she had a skateboard.
Shhh.
And you be quiet, too, Rocky.
Mackenzie shows off her shiner at gymnastics.
More birthday crowns....
We still never figured out who got the makeup out.
Even in the snow, Delaney prefers to be driven around instead of walking.
"Wanna race?"
"Tastes like....water."
Parents build. Kids get the credit and the picture.
